East Ridge is a licensed general contractor, not a licensed plumber, electrician or roofer. When a specialized trade is required, we engage the appropriate licensed professional, manage the schedule, and remain your single point of contact for the entire job.
Burst or leaking pipe
We come out, locate and shut off the water supply. A licensed plumber then makes the repair — engaged and managed through East Ridge.
Roof leak
We tarp the affected area and prevent further water entry. A licensed roofer inspects and repairs the cause — scheduled and managed through East Ridge.
Electrical hazard
We make the situation safe — isolating the circuit at the panel. A licensed electrician diagnoses and corrects the fault — managed through East Ridge.
